Chapter Philanthropy and Service

Service to others is an integral part of our chapter’s mission and the life of every Zeta. First and foremost, we support the Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation (ZTAF) and it's mission and partnerships. Our chapter has consistently been a Major Donor to the ZTA Foundation, and sponsors a ZTAF Recognition Scholarship to support collegians in their academic careers. We participate in ZTA Foundation Partnership events such as the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk with the American Cancer Society, including both Ann Arbor and Oakland / Macomb County Locations,

We support the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. We strengthen our Michigan collegiate chapters with volunteers, joint events, and support of their philanthropic endeavors. Our members have served and continue to serve the Fraternity at the National Level, including District and Province Presidents. We have been proud to host Michigan's Zeta Day, a statewide convention for fraternity members, on a regular basis.

We also strive to make a difference in the Ann Arbor area with the local organizations that touch our hearts. Each December we Adopt a Family to help bring holiday joy to a family in need. We send hundreds of cards to military veterans on Veteran's Day. Our chapter also offers our members the opportunity to give back to our community in ways big and small throughout the year, such as collecting toiletries for a homeless outreach center, or a canned good drive for a local food bank.
